Long-term stay / Business Apartments in Villach – Who really needs it?

We are celebrating NiceFlats.at for 1 year, but who is the main target group? Who are the people who made this possible for us?

Unfortunately, in my life it took a few years before I understood that planning, designing and calculating are great things, but that without a quick practice, even the best idea will not work.

What I mean by that: After one year NiceFlats.at, we currently serve a completely different target group than I would have ever planned. Short-term available apartments for a temporary stay in Villach are very popular.

Our focus since the birth of NiceFlats

But then there were the first requests from private individuals who sold their property and had to bridge the way to the new property with a NiceFlats.at unit or the uncle from Sweden who comes for 2 months and does not want to spend one night in the hotel.

Life can be very versatile. So we have many guests looking for a temporary home after the divorce. We have requests from people who have lost their house, first have to catch their breath and seek a quiet apartment as a retreat. And then there are still people looking for accommodation, because their partners are currently enjoying a spa stay in Villach. And so on and so on….

We got to meet great people, we laughed together, we cried together, we philosophized together and we told each other stories from our lives.
